When my digital subscription expires, do I keep the issues?
Yes, you own the issues for as long as you hold the account with Google and use the associated email address
The app needs to be open and connected to the internet to receive the latest data and new issues, If you think there should be a new issue that you can’t see, you can try refreshing the app by pulling down anywhere on the screen.
If you are sure that the app isn’t showing the latest issue, there may be a problem caused by some corrupted data. You should try deleting and reinstalling the app
My issue isn't downloading or is not responding, what can I do?
To remove an issue from your device follow these steps:
Open the app menu and tap ““Downloaded Issues””
To delete an issue, tap the ““Trash Can”” icon to the right of the cover image
You can always download any issues you already own, they will be available to you forever

How can I claim a refund if I'm not happy with something I've purchased?
If you are not satisfied with the app or with content in the app, please contact support and we will do our best to resolve the problems.
If you buy a magazine issue via Google Play (In App Purchase) and you aren’t happy with it for any reason, you can return it within two hours for a full refund. After that two hour period is up, though, you have a 48-hour window during which a refund request can be processed by Google.
However, if you are unable to get a refund via Google Play, you can still contact Support and we may be able to refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
