You would normally set up your device with your Google account, so you will rarely need to reset the password to access purchases in the app. To reset the password on your Google account visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/41078?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en
To remove an issue from your device follow these steps:
